Remain Unchanged

In this small small world, you could only see stars that shine so bright.
Among those stars, there will always be the brightest among all.
Life is the same. It's very small and there will be humans that is better than others.
But does that even matter?

What goes around comes around. I should have listen to that.
Do you believe in things like that?
Bad deed paid with bad luck and good deed paid with good luck.
Everything happens for a reason.

We are stuck in two different worlds and culture.
Same Asian but from the respected family.
why are we destined to be stuck this way?
Is there a daylight behind this mist?
What can we say.

Somehow, there's a tingling twitch within this cold heart.
Remain unchanged after the tragedy.
You were able to twitch even the slightest bit.
Why are you so stubborn to let me go?

It happen when we first met at the party back at Suzy's house. And it remains the same until now. Skinny dipping, midnight hang-over ~
We swim, we dance and we chatted till morning. We share our lame jokes and even laugh at it. We record a song together and it sounded good. We record a video of that small party and the other activities we did back then and realize how perfect the two of us together. But my heart is still cold. Cold as crystal ice. Our hands 'click' and there we realize we're meant for each other. Night ended and we hugged but it took us so long to let go. Why? Our hands couldn't let go and there the kiss began. But I still wonder, can I move to the next step? I moved on but his words pierce me through my heart with that sad words. I feel guilty for him but I have life ~ He don't care about me. So I've made my guess that I'm better off without him.
And I did what my heart says that I must go on with you. But rushing is not my type and we still remain this way. Going out, dating, watching movies after school ~ Thank you for able to bright my worse nightmare and made me realize that FORMER can bring hopeless heart :)
